Aromase is promoting its Anti-Hair-Loss collection, which it says is a ‘scalp detox’ system.

The hair care brand says scalp buildup is the main trigger for concerns such as dryness, oiliness, hair loss, dandruff, flaking, itching and irritation.

When removing buildup, most scalp detox products cause over-rubbing, the brand says. That can irritate sensitive scalps and clog hair follicles, triggering further problems in an ongoing cycle.

Aromase’s parent company is MacroHi, known for its scalp treatments. Eric Chen, the company’s founder, worked with dermatologists to develop the formula for the brand’s liquid pre-shampoo with Glycyrrhetinic Acid Complex, a herbal based steroid. The shampoo softens and cleans buildup effectively without irritating sensitive scalps.

The packaging has a unique feature—a smart nozzle design helps the watery liquid shampoo reach scalp roots easily.

Aromase’s Juniper Scalp Purifying Liquid Shampoo is recommended by dermatologists and sold in over 2,000 beauty stores and pharmacies worldwide.
